What is CJC-1295?

CJC-1295 is an analog of GHRH (1-29) developed to extend the metabolic stability of native GHRH. Available as Modified GRF 1-29 (without DAC, short acting) or CJC-1295 with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex, long acting). It preserves natural pulsatile GH release when combined with ghrelin mimetics.

Biological Mechanism

Binds specifically to the pituitary GHRH receptor, stimulating the transcription and secretion of endogenous growth hormone in a physiological pulsatile manner without desensitizing receptors.
