What is Ipamorelin?

Ipamorelin is considered one of the cleanest growth hormone secretagogues (GHS) due to its high receptor selectivity. Unlike earlier secretagogues (such as GHRP-6 or GHRP-2), Ipamorelin does not induce significant elevations in ACTH, cortisol, or prolactin, nor does it cause severe hunger spikes.

Biological Mechanism

Selectively activates the pituitary growth hormone secretagogue receptor 1a (GHS-R1a), triggering an intracellular IP3/calcium signaling cascade that prompts GH vesicle exocytosis.
